The Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist will be a key contributor to the KFC Canada Restaurant Support Centre (RSC). This role will design, develop, and deliver blended learning solutions, including but not limited to Virtual, eLearning, Microlearning, and, Virtual-instructor-led training. The L&D Specialist will work collaboratively with P&C colleagues, as well as cross-functional stakeholders, to produce effective, timely, engaging, and informative learning outcomes.
