Summary of position:

The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years experience in an Estate Litigation practice and able to assist clients in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including estate litigation and all other matters as required.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of proven experience in a law firm;
• At least 2 years of proven estate litigation experience;
• High degree of professional ethics and integrity;
• Experience practicing law in Ontario;
• Ability to be both a self-starter and team player;
• Engaged in business development;
• Excellent technical skills;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills; and
• Must be a member of the Ontario Bar in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
