Job Description & Requirements Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our educational team. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. This role involves working closely with students, teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs and help them succeed academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations and screenings.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results.
Provide therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to integrate speech/language goals into the classroom setting.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and parent communications.
Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Stay current with best practices and developments in the field of speech-language pathology.
