Job Description

As a Logistics Manager, you will lead a team of 3 and cover end to end logistics. There will be new brands to launch in the coming year, so there will be a lot of project work to get involved with in addition.

Description

* Oversee the entire logistics process, from import to delivery.
* Plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
* Coordinate and optimize the logistics process with other departments.
* Manage warehouse inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
* Lead and develop a high-performing logistics team.
* Identify potential operational issues and implement proactive solutions.
* Prepare accurate reports for upper management.

Profile

A successful Logistic Manager should have:

* A degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
* Proven experience in a logistics management role within the retail industry - nice to have
* Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
* Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
