Job Description:  As the Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving client service support, fostering new client/business development, nurturing a cohesive team environment, and overseeing profit and cost management within the organization. You will be responsible for:

Client Service Support and New Client/Business Development:

  • Identify and propose projects tailored to the needs of existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with overseas delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Create comprehensive reports on marketing analysis results and insights.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients, offering strategic consulting services to meet their objectives effectively.

Profit & Cost Management:

  • Develop and oversee budgetary plans to optimize profitability and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Monitor financial performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to analyze financial data and forecast future trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Team Building and Human Resources Management:

  • Cultivate a high-performance culture within the organization, fostering teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

Requirements & Qualification:

  • Minimum of 6 years of practical client service experience in custom projects at a media agency or consulting company.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Studies, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of media analytics, marketing principles, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English languages is preferred.
