概要

Aon の Reinsurance Solutions は世界最大の再保険ブローカーです。 当社では、海上保険・エナジー分野を専門とする再保険ブローカーとして、日本のお客様にサービスをご提供いただける意欲ある人材を求めています。

主な役割は、東京における海上再保険担当チームの一員として、ロンドン等における海上・エナジー分野の専門チームや国内外の分析チームと協力しながらお客様である損害保険会社にサービスを提供することです。貨物・船舶・エナジーなどの伝統的分野とともに、再生可能エネルギーをはじめとする成長分野の開拓を担当します。

職務内容

• 海上・エナジー再保険分野の中核メンバーとして、サービス強化、付加価値提供、事業拡大に貢献する
• お客様に対して、特約再保険、任意再保険・アナリティクスをはじめとする様々なソリューションを駆使して Aon のサービス内容と付加価値を実現する
• 海外の海上・エナジー担当チームや顧客担当チーム ( 東京・ロンドン ) とともにソリューションをお届けする
• 再保険者と関係構築し、再保険者の専門知見・プレゼンス・引受意欲を理解し、これを活用する
• 海上・エナジー分野でのお客様のニーズの把握と、これに基づく取組計画の立案・実施
• お客様である保険会社内の幅広い人材との関係構築
• お客様の再保険ニーズの特定と実現に向けて実施する受領した情報やストラクチャーの分析と精査

経験・スキル

• 日本語：ネイティブ・レベルあるいは堪能
• 英語：ビジネスレベル
• 海上・エナジー分野のスペシャリストとなる強い意欲
• ( 再 ) 保険業界あるいは商社での営業、アンダーライティング、ブローキングの経験 海上・エナジー分野での保険経験はより望ましい
• プロフェッショナルとして様々な課題を整理し、リーダーシップを発揮しながらチームワークで問題解決できること
• 自己学習能力が高く、能力開発について自立していること
• 基本的なデータ処理や数字の処理、分析が行えること
• 社内 ( 国内・国外 ) と社外 ( お客様・再保険会社 ) の双方に対する高いコミュニケーション能力
• チームワークとネットワーキング構築のスキルと適性があること

勤務条件

• 給与： 経験、能力などに応じて、当社規定により決定
• 勤務地： 東京都千代田区
• 勤務時間： 9:00-17:00（休憩 60 分） フレックスタイム制（コアタイム11:00-15:00)
• 残業有 ※残業代の付与条件は規定による
• 待遇： 賞与、各種社会保険、確定拠出年金等
• 休日： 完全週休 2 日制（土・日）、祝日
• 年末年始 (12/30～1/3) 年次有給、傷病休暇

Junior Marine & Energy Reinsurance Broker

We are seeking a highly motivated and equally talented individual to be part of our Marine & Energy reinsurance team in Tokyo servicing our Japanese clients.

The role will focus on accelerating our Marine & Energy servicing, value proposition and growth through collaboration with local and overseas colleagues in global hubs like London.

The candidate will be responsible for treaty reinsurance and facultative reinsurance in the Marine & Energy field and is expected to coordinate other value-adding propositions, such as research and analytics as a core team member. The candidate is expected to serve growth opportunities in the emerging new opportunities (such as renewable energy), while further developing the existing opportunities from traditional field (such as cargo, hull, oil & gas).

Responsibilities

• A core member of Aon's reinsurance broking team for the Japanese Marine & Energy market accelerating servicing, value proposition and growth in this field as a new team member.
• Articulate and implement Aon’s service offering and value proposition to existing and prospective clients through treaty reinsurance, facultative reinsurance and analytics solutions.
• Close collaboration with Aon’s global Marine & Energy team and client team (Tokyo & London) to deliver solutions to clients
• Develop relationships with local and off-shore reinsurers to understand reinsurer’s capabilities, market presence and appetite for clients
• Build Client and Prospect Plans that identify and understand their objectives & needs and the opportunity pipeline in the Japanese Marine & Energy field.
• Manage and develop relationships with clients at multiple levels
• Analyse and structure the information (whether quantitative or qualitative) needed for implementing successful (reinsurance) transactions meeting clients’ needs

Requirements

• Native Level fluency in Japanese and Business L evel English.
• Highly motivated to be the marine & energy reinsurance specialist
• E xperience in the (re)insurance industry or trading houses, working in broking, sales, underwriting and/or reinsurance roles . Experience in marine & energy insurance would be an advantage
• P rofessional in identifying key issues and in demonstrating leadership to solve problem as a team
• Good at learning – being independent in planning and implementing development
• N umerical skills, data processing skills and analytics skills
• C ommunication skills – both internal (local / overseas) and external (customers / reinsurers)
• Strong teamworking and networking skills and aptitude
