Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic  Marketing Program Manager to oversee and manage the flow of marketing requests from multiple departments. This crucial role ensures that marketing engagements are prioritized according to strategic objectives, resources are coordinated, and initiatives are executed efficiently and within scope. • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams, ensuring their needs are met and keeping everyone informed on project status, timelines, and any necessary adjustments.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of marketing initiatives, scheduling check-ins and reviews to ensure progress is on track and align project timelines with business priorities.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve marketing processes, streamline requests, and optimize the use of external agencies.
  • Decision-Making Support: Provide senior management with clear insights on request priorities, available resources, and team capacity. Help navigate conflicts between departments to ensure a fair allocation of resources.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related field, ideally in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Asana, workflow management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated experience and judgement in developing strategic marketing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to diverse audiences.
  • Proven experience in managing competing priorities and fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a diplomatic approach to resolving complex situations.
