Foresight Recruitment Group has partnered exclusively with Mainline Living to recruit a Marketing Specialist, to be based out of Kelowna, BC. This is your opportunity to tell the story of Mainline Living who builds high-quality multi-family communities where residents love to live.

Your new role

You will lead marketing initiatives for Mainlines rental communities, ensuring brand consistency and strong leasing performance. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will:

• Oversee marketing campaigns and deliverables for new and existing properties.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Manage content creation, including digital ads, brochures, and community announcements.
• Track marketing performance and provide insights to optimize campaigns.

This role would suit someone who enjoys being a Jack/Jill of all in marketing and collaborating with a growing and close knit team. Highly creative unicorns are welcome to apply!

What you'll need to succeed

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate marketing and leasing support would be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with teams, vendors, and external agencies to execute campaigns.
