Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Student VIP (a division of Campbell & Co. Insurance), and a Navacord Broker Partner based in Komoka, ON is searching for a Member Experience Representative. The Member Experience Representative should be well organized, have excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage various projects at once.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to students via live chat, phone and email by answering questions regarding their Health & Dental and International Health plans which includes questions regarding coverage, how to make a claim, where to find practitioners in their area and more
  • Update content on our website which can include rewriting information to make it more clear for students or creating new content for new programs and services
  • Creating and uploading reports and data to our Student VIP Dashboard
  • Data entry of manual enrollment information
  • Updating and formatting mass emails, managing responses as they come in
  • Attending on site Campus events throughout the Year
  • Maintain provider list and ensuring accuracy on the website
  • Formatting and editing large data listings
  • Updating our live chat platform and custom bots to improve student experience by identifying gaps in information and creating new articles
  • Other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Client Facing Experience
  • Exceptional spelling and grammar skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Competent in Microsoft systems such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Think outside the box attitude
  • Team player
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in Communication and/or Business Development an asset
