As the Merchandising Operations Data Coordinator you will orchestrate the systemic creation of every new item Moose Knuckles brings to market. This means creating and updating the master-data records for each style, colour and size and accurately defining all attributes and pricing in our ERP system of record. You will work directly with the Merchandising, Design and Production teams to understand the product and ensure accuracy of the data elements that represent it. You will also facilitate the go-to-market processes by ensuring this data flows to internal and external Line Sheets, Ecom platforms, BI tools and other downstream applications. Sales channel teams, logistics and IT will be important partners for this role. Product master data is at the center of our entire business operating model: if it’s right from the start, it will be right everywhere. If it’s wrong, well … no pressure!

Please note: this is a 13-14 month contract - covering a maternity leave.

Some of what you’ll do:

Primary responsibility for entering and maintaining all product master data in Moose Knuckles systems. This includes:

• Style creation – with all hierarchy, attributes, etc (in Momentis ERP)
• Color master – creation of new colours, updates (in Momentis ERP)
• Seasonal list pricing (MSRP, Wholesale list pricing in all currencies)
• NuOrder publishing and maintenance, including image facilitation
• Maintain manual Linesheet set up NEW
• Exporting data for external users, such as wholesale customer systems
• Facilitate the “Tech File” to feed Ecommerce with additional and romanticized product details
• Communicating master data changes that require order updates

Some of what you’ll need:

• 1-2 years experience in data entry and/or work as a user of application systems in a fashion retail context is preferred
• Familiarity with fashion industry preferred
• Strong knowledge and capabilities in Excel.Familiarity with data structures in systems
• Exceptional attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proven self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Possess good organizational and time management skills.

Moose Knuckles is a Canadian company headquartered in Montreal and operating in North America, Europe and Asia. Professional French language proficiency is therefore required and essential for all Montreal-based employees. In addition, the professional English proficiency is also important since it allows to collaborate with the employees of the group based internationally.
