We're seeking a Category Merchant to lead the strategic development of key product categories, driving growth through assortment planning, product roadmaps, pricing strategies, and market insights. What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies that align with brand and financial objectives.
• Analyze sales trends, market insights, and competitor assortments to identify white space opportunities.
• Build and manage product and fabric roadmaps to ensure assortments resonate with customers.
• Collaborate with Design, Planning, Product Development, and Marketing to bring innovative products to life.
• Oversee pricing strategies to ensure profitability while remaining competitive.
• Partner with Inventory Planning to forecast sales, optimize inventory, and manage reorders.
• Guide catalog pagination and marketing priorities to ensure brand consistency.
• Maintain high product quality standards by working closely with design and sourcing teams.
• Mentor and develop a small team to foster a high-performance merchandising culture.
