Our HVAC client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics F&O Solutions Architect.

Position Summary:

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative technology solutions that drive our business forward. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your ability to bridge the gap between business and technology will be essential in ensuring successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design:

• Analyze business requirements and develop technical solutions that align with strategic objectives.
• Create detailed architectural blueprints, including system diagrams, data flows, and component interactions.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and platforms based on performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.

Technology Leadership:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
• Collaborate with IT leadership to define and implement technology standards and best practices.

Project Delivery:

• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee the development and testing of technical solutions.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues.

Integration:

• Design and implement integration strategies with external systems and APIs.
• Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability between different components.

Problem Solving:

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
• Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluent in French.
• 15+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with a background in software development.
• ERP Migration experience from Legacy.
• Experience with Microsoft solutions, Microsoft Dynamics 365 - F&O
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Proficiency in architectural design patterns and principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of API development and integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the home services or utilities industry.
• Knowledge of IoT technologies and applications.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or architectural frameworks.
