The Role

• 
  Collaborate with a talented team to design, build, and scale robust payment systems and new product features
  Work with modern OOP languages and frameworks (Ruby, Rails, Vue.js, React, or similar)
  Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and security
  Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing

Your Skills

• 3+ years of experience building and scaling web applications or APIs
  Strong foundation in object-oriented programming and design patterns
  Experience with secure, reliable integrations and scalable architecture
  Startup or product company background is a plus
  English fluency required; Japanese is optional
  Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, React, or TypeScript experience
  Payments or fintech background
  Business-level Japanese
