Job Description

We are seeking an efficient and dedicated Ocean Operations Specialist ready to manage and coordinate all ocean freight forwarding activities effectively.

Description

In the Operations department, main responsibilities range from:

・Checking that the full process for shipments is safely and efficiently performed, in order to fulfill Customer Satisfaction

・Communicate directly with customers to facilitate the shipping when necessary

・Work closely with airport offices across branches (if applicable)

・Respond to cases that the transit and delivery is not made on time with respective Sales

・Check billing amount in invoices from business partners (if applicable)

・Send invoices to customers (if applicable)

Profile

A successful Ocean Operations Specialist should have:

・Good experience in Ocean Operations at a forwarding/logistics company

・Knowledgeable of Operations in the logistics industry

・Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT)

・High business level of Japanese

・Good level of English for occasional communication with Teams abroad
