Job Description

Adecco is currently looking for an Office Administrator to join our client's growing team in Etobicoke, ON. The client is a new and exciting spirit and beverage company in the Canadian marketplace, representing beverage alcohol brands from around the world. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team while providing executive and office administrative support.

  • Pay rate: $25/hour
  • Location: Etobicoke, ON
  • Shifts: Monday, Wed, Fri (3 days) | Shift within 9:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team on submissions of products and all programming to Liquor Control Boards (LCB) and Key Customers to gain product approvals in accordance with submission processes.
  • Collaborate with sales management and LCBs on the following requests: samples, images, new product information sheets, pricing requirements, and existing & new product listings.
  • Manage all front desk activities, including shipping and receiving.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, liaising with other departments as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics, and practices with all stakeholders.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of Promotional Activity Calendars and monthly compliance audits.
  • Assist with various projects as needed by management and act as the admin contact for affiliated companies.
  • Provide administrative support as needed to the sales team.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Ideal for an individual working towards a Bachelor’s or College business degree/diploma.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Beverage Alcohol Industry knowledge is an asset.
