Summary:
The primary purpose of the Office Manager is to oversee/execute administrative tasks and operations of the office. Including managing payroll, assisting in accounts payable, and providing support to employees and other departments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform weekly payroll runs and all necessary payroll functions.
· Upload payroll data into LCP Tracker / certified payroll as needed.
· Create/organize office operations and procedures.
· Maintain filing systems and ensure functionality.
· Coordinate with IT/wireless vendors on all office equipment and any requests from Managers / Employees.
· Participate in planning and finalizing company events.
· Purchase and setup of office equipment (computers, tablets, cell phones, etc.)
· Oversee all prelims are responded to promptly and accurately.
· Assist with additional tasks requested by upper management and the accounting department.
· General employee assistance.
Required education (one or more of the below):
· High school Diploma or GED
· Business Management or Office Management Certificate
· If no certificate; Two to five years of experience working in human resources department; performing administrative functions and/or office management.
Required experience:
· Office management - 2 Years
· Payroll - 1 Year
· LCP Tracker - 1 Year
· Bookkeeping - 1 Year
Total amount of related work experience required of a person in order to be considered for this job – 2 Years
Required skills:
· General computer skills with basic knowledge in Excel, Word, Acrobat and PowerPoint.
· Use of standard office equipment (Copy Machine, Scanner, printer and computer).
· Knowledge of LCP Tracker website platform.
· Knowledge of payroll platforms.
· Sage Intacct
