We are seeking an On-site Property Desk and Liability Adjusters to become a part of our organization! You will investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of the organization's liability in various claims. 

Responsibilities: Liability

  • Investigate, evaluate, and resolve liability claims in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Analyze policy coverage, determine liability exposure, and assess damages.
  • Review accident reports, statements, medical records, and legal documents.
  • Negotiate settlements with claimants, attorneys, and third parties.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including insured parties, legal counsel, and vendors.
  • Maintain detailed claim files and ensure compliance with company guidelines and state regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service while managing caseload efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience handling liability claims (auto, general, or both).
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and legal principles .
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in claims management software, Xactimate, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities: Property

  • Review, investigate, and evaluate property insurance claims to determine coverage, extent of damage, and appropriate settlement amounts.
  • Analyze insurance policies to confirm coverage and apply appropriate policy provisions to claims.
  • Work with field adjusters, contractors, and other experts to assess property damage and estimate repair costs.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate claim files, including reports, estimates, photos, and relevant communication.
  • Communicate with policyholders, contractors, and third parties to negotiate fair and timely settlements within company guidelines.
  • Provide prompt and professional assistance to policyholders, addressing concerns and guiding them through the claims process.
  • Ensure all claims are handled in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience handling Property Desk claims .
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and legal principles .
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in claims estimation,  claims management software, Xactimate, and Microsoft Office Suite.
