Job Description
The Online Manager leads and supervises the Online team of all Brand clusters in cooperation with the Brand team and KAMO. Receive guidance and support from the Online Manager to fulfill your role and responsibilities as a team responsible
for the online performance/online campaign performance of all Brand clusters, as well as the sales execution of the Brand.com/3PP

1. Online Strategy
Online Strategy Planning
- Drive the execution, optimization, and success of online campaigns to achieve online P&L for Brand clusters
- Determine product selection, assortment, and pricing for brand.com/3PP
- Determine the brand.com/3PP's promotional items (including collateral) and creative concepts
- Develop brand.com/3PP sales targets, plans, and programs
- Plan your brand.com/3PP's merchandising, website design, and PR
- Work with Brand to create an omni calendar
Inventory Planning
- Lead brand.com inventory management and work with DPIM Brand to align with the Online Marketing Calendar
Online Budgeting
- Work with Brand to create a brand.com/3PP budget plan that takes into account each brand's strategy, store status, and past performance
2. Online Performance Management Online Campaign Performance Management
- Work with the Brand team to optimize online campaign performance for each Brand in the brand.com/3PP
- Ensure that each brand's online campaign performance aligns with the brand's goals
- Analyze online campaigns and competitor features and report back to the Online Senior Manager
- Perform analytics after the end of an online campaign and share insights with Brand to optimize future campaigns
3. Brand.com/3PP Sales Execution 3PP Sales Execution
- Ensure that merchandising, including pricing, content content, order, descriptions, and disclaimers, aligns with your Online Sales Plan and Online Promotion Plan
- Prepare and conduct presentations to a variety of audiences and conduct ad hoc analysis as needed
- Prepare monthly reports that reflect the financial performance and key performance indicators of the overall market
Execution of Brand.com sales
- Ensure that merchandising, including pricing, content content, order, descriptions, and disclaimers, aligns with your Online Sales Plan and Online Promotion Plan
- Proper execution of merchandising
- Monitor brand.com and ensure merchandising is up to date
4. Consumer Marketing Strategy Channel Activation
- Develop specific implementation programs and campaigns for brand.com/3PP to maximize traffic, conversions, and retention
- Highlight key areas where Brand needs strategic and/or operational support from APAC
Qualifications Education: · University Degree from a reputable university; overseas study (for a year or duration of university education) preferred.
Work Experience: · 10 years working experience of which more than 5 years are directly managing e-commerce
· Strong understanding of e-commerce, improving brand site experience, managing the marketing calendar and executing campaigns and driving business results
· A strong understanding of the 3PP players, ideally with first-hand experience of managing the relationship and programs to achieve successful business results
· Experience working in a Western company (ideally but not limited to cosmetics, luxury, FMCG) and a track record of delivering market share growth in Japan
· Understanding of Japan media landscape and how this can be leveraged to develop omnichannel communications plans that includes performance driven media to drive e-commerce sales, consumer loyalty and drive market share
· Basic understanding of site operations (such as HTML, CSS, JS)
· Competency in leveraging on-site analytics tools (GA) and other data sources to improve site experience and optimize sales
