Picovoice is a profitable and growing AI startup building next-gen on-device voice AI. We push the boundaries of what's possible in speech recognition, speech synthesis, speaker recognition, and natural language understanding at the edge.

We're looking for a highly organized, execution-oriented Operations Assistant to support the CEO in running and scaling the company. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role for someone who thrives on getting things done and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

If you're a resourceful generalist who enjoys logistics, administration, and solving real problems without a playbook, this role is for you.

[ What You'll Do ]

• Handle day-to-day operations across logistics, HR, hiring, finance, and administration.
• Track and follow up on tasks, timelines, and to-dos to keep the company moving
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Help the CEO stay organized, prepared, and on top of priorities
• Triage problems and proactively solve them without needing constant direction

[ What We're Looking For ]

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extreme attention to detail and task follow-through
• Self-starter with high ownership and low ego
• Comfortable working independently with vague instructions
• Willingness to do anything from scheduling interviews to submitting grant paperwork

[ Nice to Have ]

•  Experience in a startup or a fast-paced small team
• Familiarity with business ops, recruiting, or finance workflows
• Background in business, operations, admin, or project coordination

The salary range for the role is $40,000 - $80,000 per year.
