Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Fee Billing Processor to join our team. In this role, you will process Fee Billing cases, with cases assigned based on skill level and queue volumes. You will be expected to process these cases within a 2-day SLA in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Process assigned Fee Billing cases based on skill level and queue volumes.
• Complete cases within a 2-day SLA, maintaining accuracy.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to varying workloads.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Access regularly, applying formulas as needed.
• Utilize WM-specific applications such as ServiceLink, ClientSource, AdvantageFee, and Broadridge.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Education: Post-secondary education (College/University) is ideal.

• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or administrative capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access is beneficial.

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of fee billing processes, or the ability to quickly learn.
• Experience with wealth management software (ServiceLink, ClientSource, AdvantageFee, Broadridge) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ideal stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Business background or experience in wealth management.
• Experience with data manipulation in Excel or Access.
• Experience with financial systems or processes.
