Summary Requirements:・To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.・The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Main Objective:・The Operations Program Manager is a key role providing end to end support for all projects and enhancements executed under the responsibility of the Operations Department. This person coordinates allefforts for planning and execution of actions with the ultimate goal of successful deployment of new processes within the Operations Department.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Plan and monitor progress of tasks related to all projects within the Operations Department in Japan• Drive responsibility, accountability and ownership of projects or enhancement requests and actionable items across a range of process standardizations and improvements• Communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate any unresolved issues• Create and execute change management and communication plan with support from global teams• Identify, track and proactively mitigate any risks foreseen in the projects of the Operations Department in Japan and proactively manage overlapping requests across teams• Negotiate and influence stakeholders in order to reach agreements and successful launch for new tools and processes (not only internal, but also external stakeholders, such as dealers and vendors)• Define test scenarios and perform User Acceptance Test (UAT)• Partner with the local Operations and Commercial Teams, as well as with the Global IT and Regional Operations Team in order to design / deploy new tools to improve processes• Identify, prioritize and coordinate harmonization efforts of processes within the Operations Department in Japan and APAC• Plan, control and execute budget for projects• Review and document existing and new processes for the Operations Department• Train staff and internal/external stakeholders on existing or new processes within the Operations Department in Japan• Ensure timely project completion ensuring current policies and practices are followed and keeping accurate documentation• Drive all project management activities, including project scopes, charters, roadmaps and workplans• Others duties as assignedIncidental Duties:The above statements describe the general nature and level of work being performed in this job.
