就労継続支援B型事業所「パパゲーノ Work & Recovery」の支援員（生活支援員）として、企業から受託したDX支援業務を利用者さんとともに実践したり、定期面談を通じて利用者さんの個別支援を提供する役割をお任せします。 AIを活用した支援現場のDXを進めており、AIにより面談記録や会議の記録を文字起こし・自動記録生成される仕組みを自社開発しています。 そのため、毎日スタッフの夕方の会議にて、その日の利用者さんの機微や支援方針を議論する時間を大切にしています。 個別支援計画作成、計画相談など関係機関との連絡・調整、毎月の面談、毎月の国保連への請求事務等もチームで分担しながら運営しています。
