主な職務: パーツコーディネーターの主な責任は、ビジネスユニット全体にとってコスト効率が高く収益性の高い方法で部品ビジネスを遂行することです。部品課は、最終顧客とワークショップのニーズを満たす健全な在庫レベルを調整し、明確に定義された目標で収益性の高いビジネスに貢献します。部品課は、Scania Parts and Logistics に対する販売代理店の対応者であり、販売代理店からの要求を設定します。 
【タスク】
• ビジネスユニットの部品ビジネスのために、日々の運用および組織的な舵取り、計画運用、および明確なコミュニケーションを実行します。     
• 購買、価格設定、販売注文を管理し、関連する利害関係者、マスター(ベンダー/商品/顧客)の管理(セットアップ、フォローアップ、コミュニケーションを含む)により、ビジネスユニットの部品運用を維持、開発、改善するために取り組みます。

Details

Work location (base office): 9F, Googolplex Millennium Building, 4-4-20, Shiba, Minato-ku, Tokyo 108-0014 Japan
Work system: Office work Home about 2 days a week (not during probationary period)
Main Duties: The main responsibility of the Parts employee at a distributor is to carry out the parts business in a cost efficient and profitable way for the whole business unit. The Parts department coordinate a healthy stock level that meets the needs of the end customers and the workshops and contributes to a profitable business with well-defined targets. The Parts department is the distributer counterpart towards Scania Parts and Logistics and set the demands from the distributer.  
【TASK】
Carry out the day to day operational and organisational steering, planning operations     and communicating clearly for the business unit Parts business.      
Work to maintain, develop, and improve the parts operations for the business unit by controlling Purchasing, Pricing, Sales order and managing related stakeholders, and masters(vender/goods/customer) including set up , following up and communications with focus on: 
Creating profit 
Controlling costs 
Ensuring a high turnover
Maintaining a low scrapping risk
Carry out planning assortment when needed
Ensure stock availability and a timely delivery to the customer
Inform customers about delivery information
Ensure quality in stock balance in national warehouse

Other requirement:  

• Relevant Education or equivalent work experience
• Business knowledge and experience from a similar role an advantage
• Leadership experience 
• Fluent in English
• Experience in supply-chain and pricing .
Same experience under automotive industry especially in Commercial Vehicle industry will be also plus. 
• Operational Experience in use of ERP focusing on purchasing, sales, pricing, logistics controlling.
• Skills in Microsoft office(Excel,Word,Powerpoint)will be required. (level to carry out the reporting/analisys)
