Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST
About the Role
A healthcare solutions leader is seeking a Manager of Patient Experience to drive patient engagement, enhance service quality, and improve retention. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless healthcare experience, fostering collaboration between departments, and optimizing patient interactions. The manager will lead a dedicated team, implement industry best practices, and develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of patient experience professionals, ensuring high-quality interactions.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
Optimize workflows to reduce patient attrition and improve service efficiency.
Collaborate across departments, including operations and revenue cycle, to address patient experience challenges.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient interactions and service quality.
Implement data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the patient experience.
Champion a patient-first culture, ensuring each interaction is compassionate, seamless, and effective.
Stay informed on best practices in healthcare service and patient experience.
What You Bring
1-3 years of management experience in patient experience, customer service, or a call center setting.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in telemedicine, remote patient monitoring, or durable medical equipment (preferred).
Ability to analyze performance data and drive process improvements.
