We are looking for a team member to provide customer technical support for software sold on the KOMODO Plaza, as well as to localize software product description web pages into Japanese (English-to-Japanese translation), update FAQs, and perform other administrative tasks.
We are seeking someone who can flexibly adapt to a fast-changing environment and take on new challenges in our rapidly growing business. If you have practical experience using English (especially via email) and basic IT skills related to operating computers and software, we welcome applicants not only with customer or technical support experience, but also those with backgrounds in B2B sales, product development, or other relevant fields.
