Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Payroll Lead for our Human Resources department in the Industrial / Manufacturing industry. The position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of payroll systems and processes.

Description

* Lead and manage all payroll functions for the company.
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with legal regulations.
* Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures.
* Manage payroll-related queries and provide excellent customer service to employees.
* Coordinate with HR and finance teams to validate and reconcile payroll data.
* Monitor payroll system updates, upgrades, and integration with other systems.
* Prepare payroll reports for management as required.
* Ensure data privacy and adhere to best practices in payroll management.

Profile

A successful Payroll Lead should have:

* An educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
* Experience in payroll processing and management within a large organization.
* Excellent knowledge of payroll systems and legal requirements.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* The ability to work well in a team and adhere to tight deadlines.
