業務内容
【 Payroll Management 】■ Responsible for the payroll team’s timely and accurate processing of payroll transactionsincluding salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions, as well as month-endclosing reports, tax and statutory reporting and audit matter.■ Responsible for clear communication to stakeholders on payroll-related matters, including thesharing of impact for any changes to stakeholders.■ Leads and coaches the payroll team to deliver quality services guided by the HR SharedService’s service catalogue and based on the stipulated service level agreement.■ Ensure payroll end-to-end processes are robust and reviewed regularly for relevance andharmonised across the Group.■ Ensure the standard operating procedures are updated on a timely manner.■ Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.Withholding Tax & Year-end tax■ Supervise Payroll Team to provide timely and accurate information on tax regulations and communication with employees.■ Follow up and execution of year-end tax settlement.■ Ensure successful execution for year-end tax settlement matters and tax returns according to applicable laws and requirements.Governance & Reporting■ Regular checks and keeping abreast with changing laws and legislation in payroll, pensionand income tax related topics.Audit■ Ensure Payroll Team prepares and collaborates with internal and external auditors duringpayroll audits.Payroll/Operation Projects■ Payroll vendor change: Co-lead with Head of HRSS and Brand HR, play a key role inrequirement design, verification, trouble shooting etc. and ensure smooth T&A systemimplementation to the group■ Process standardization project: ensure process standardization process is implementedend-to-end in payroll process and collaborate with HRSS, Brand HR on potentialissues/improvements■ Participate and represent payroll team in Global/Regional/Local HR Shared Service projectinitiatives.■ Manage ad-hoc projects as requested.

求められる経験
【Qualifications】
・Minimum 7 years of payroll processing experience, managing both in-house payroll
processing and working with outsource payroll service vendors.
・Minimum 5 years of team supervisory experience.
・Previous experience within a Shared Services environment desirable.
・Previous experience using Workday desirable.
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong employee service focus.
・Ability to communicate with or manage number of stakeholders.
・Ability to be resilient when handling multiple priorities.
・Ability to handle high level of confidential information with sensitivity.
・Fluent in Japanese and business level English.
