The Impact You Will Have

• Support HR operations for Japan and the wider Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) region, ensuring seamless execution of regional processes while aligning with global initiatives.
• Own and execute small to medium sized HR projects, ensuring global alignment while addressing regional nuances.
• Manage employee lifecycle programs, tracking KPIs and continuously enhancing program effectiveness.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that align with business priorities.
• Streamline HR processes using technology to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to drive multi-team projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain playbooks and process documentation for consistent HR program execution.
• Serve as the escalation point for employee inquiries and regional complexities, ensuring a high-quality employee experience.

What We Look For

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in HR and People Operations roles.
• Strong background in Workday and familiarity with HR systems of medium/high complexity.
• Project management skills, including requirement gathering, cross-functional collaboration, and change management.
• Understanding APJ HR operations, with experience supporting multiple teams and functions.
• English proficiency required
