Title: PeopleSoft Technical Lead

Location: Oakville, ON (mostly remote but would be needed in-person for occasional meeting, if required)

Project Name: Application on Demand and Enhance Student Experience/Streamline OTR Processes

Start Date: March 17, 2025

End Date: August 31, 2025 (with option to extend to December 31, 2025)

Primary Responsibilities:

1. In charge of AAWS integration, SOLA to Fluid UI migration, system architecture specifically around:
2. Proven experience as a PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Developer with expertise in 9.2
3. Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft 9.2, PeopleTools, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQL, and Integration Broker.
4. Experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Campus functionalities within PeopleSoft.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and student services.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills focused on process automation and system efficiency.

Background Information

The projects are:

1. Implementing the Online Application System within PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, leveraging AAWS (Admissions Application Web Services) and a Fluid Ul-enabled responsive mobile interface. This project aims to enhance the applicant experience by streamlining the admissions process, improving system efficiency, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
2. Configure and optimize Student Self-Service, Admissions, Student Records, and Academic Advisement functionalities to enhance the student experience and streamline OTR processes.
3. Develop and enhance PeopleSoft applications to ensure seamless data transitions and improved system functionality aligned with institutional needs.
4. Optimize student record workflows to increase efficiency in admissions processing and enhance scheduling functionalities.
5. Implement strategic enhancements to the PeopleSoft 9.2 Campus system, ensuring long-term sustainability and process optimization for the OTR.
