Job Title: Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Location: Ontario, Canada

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is actively recruiting Personal Support Workers (PSWs) on behalf of our valued client in Ontario. We are looking for dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering compassionate care and support to individuals in need. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and daily living tasks
• Monitor and document health changes and communicate with healthcare professionals
• Support physical and emotional well-being of clients through companionship and care
• Prepare and serve meals, administer medications (if certified), and perform light housekeeping
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans as directed
• Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment at all times

Candidate Requirements:

For International Applicants (Outside Canada):

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Health Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in caregiving, personal support, or nursing assistance
• Must possess or be eligible for a valid Canadian PSW license or equivalent certification
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Willingness to relocate to Canada and meet all immigration/work eligibility requirements

For Applicants Already in Canada:

• Degree or diploma in a healthcare-related field OR a valid PSW Certificate from an accredited institution
• Some practical experience in a PSW or caregiving role
• Valid Canadian PSW license or proof of eligibility to practice in Ontario
• Candidates on a Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
