Are you ready to lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers, maximize member participation in our paid Personal Training Services, and drive exceptional results? Crunch Fitness is seeking a driven and experienced Personal Training Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Job Description:
As the Personal Training Manager, your primary objective will be to maximize member participation in our paid Personal Training Services to ensure retention. You'll achieve this by exceeding both new client acquisition and existing client retention goals. Additionally, you will lead and develop a team of Personal Trainers who provide customized fitness programs to our members while educating them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and attaining a healthier lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell directly by conducting at least 50% of new member orientations/meetings.
Coach, role-play, and guide individual Personal Trainers on effective selling techniques.
Manage schedules and allocate resources based on key performance indicators.
Ensure proper execution and communication of the Client Journey, with a focus on the first 90 days.
Ensure Personal Trainers deliver high-quality, customized programs backed by a scientific rationale.
Oversee the accurate administration of Personal Training Services, including program usage, goal tracking, and progress reporting.
Recruit, train, develop, and manage the performance of a qualified team of Personal Trainers.
Conduct regular meetings with direct reports to review performance, offer feedback, and provide guidance toward achieving individual and company goals.
Maintain reports and data for clarity into business performance.
Communicate insights and improvement plans to the General Manager.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 2 years of successful experience managing a personal training department with direct reports.
Knowledge of Personal Training techniques, program design, basic nutrition, and exercise science.
Strong sales, communication, and rapport-building skills.
Experience in coaching and motivating groups.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Passion for fitness and coaching others with purpose while delivering excellent customer service.
High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelors Degree in a related field preferred.
Current CPR/AED Certification.
National Personal Training Certification (ACSM, NASM, NSCA, etc.).
