Are you a results-oriented leader with a strong track record of operational excellence in manufacturing? Our client, located on the South Shore of Quebec, is seeking a dynamic Facility/Plant Manager who excels at driving change, optimizing processes, and inspiring teams to achieve peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working with key employees to assure production levels throughout the facility
• Work closely with H&S team to assure compliance
• Develop SOP to improve overall efficiencies within process
• Working with maintenance crew to reduce production down time
• Lead change management initiatives and collaborate with executives to align processes with best practices
• Develop and mentor the management team to ensure your vision and strategies are adopted and sustained
• Create and roll out strategies to improve employee engagement and relations across all levels
• Champion workplace safety and build a culture of continuous improvement
• Design and execute plans to optimize operational performance and meet customer expectations
• Oversee financial and operational planning to meet cost and budgetary goals
• Work closely with HR and legal teams on incident reporting, WSIB, and health and safety strategies
• Foster leadership development across the site, building a strong pipeline for future roles
• Proven success in management of a lean team of 4 managers
• Ability to work with production staff to articulate vision and company mission statement

What You’ll Bring:

• A degree in Operations, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline
• Fluency in both French and English
• Experience working with Print production or manufacturing
• Proven success with strategy and operational process improvement
• Demonstrated success in leadership roles within manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments
• Strong expertise in Lean methodologies, process improvement, and change management.
• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate on-site during day shifts
