The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement PMO frameworks, tools, and methodologies to ensure consistent project delivery excellence.
• Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and efficient resource utilization.
• Process Improvement: Continuously refine project management processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Risk and Compliance: Identify potential risks, establish mitigation plans, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor project managers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure project success, reporting progress to senior leadership with actionable insights.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and leadership, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals.

Ideal Profile

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role.
• Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications are highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent) and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Key Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and exceptional interpersonal abilities to navigate diverse cultural settings.
• Global Mindset: Experience working in multicultural and multilingual environments is an advantage.
