Responsibilities include operating and maintaining fixed plant and mill processing machinery and ensuring the smooth operation of a production process. Duties include monitoring and adjusting equipment plus recording process data to maintain efficiency and quality for crushing, grinding, flotation, and dewatering process circuits.


5+ years’ experience as a Process and Mill Operator are required. Applicants with gold process/milling experience and Ontario residency will be given hiring priority.


This opportunity includes an industry leading pay rate, daily overtime, 12 hours workdays, an even ‘days in’ and ‘days off’ work schedule; full access to on-site room and board; paid flights (or driving support); paid hotels; meals & incidental expense reimbursement; health benefits, and much more!
