We are seeking a dedicated individual for the Procurement role in the Life Science industry. The ideal candidate should have a profound understanding of Procurement & Supply Chain processes in manufacturing and a passion for Life Science. This role is opened for wide range of professionals from Specialist to Senior Manager level.

Description

* Develop procurement strategy to optimize supply base and maximize ROI.
* Oversee sourcing and procurement (MRP & Non-MRP) in compliance with policies and regulations.
* Manage supplier contracts and procurement transactions per internal standards.
* Support global manufacturing procurement with Japanese suppliers.
* Lead and manage the Mfg. Procurement team.
* Align with global procurement strategy and participate in relevant committees.
* Analyze business performance, support strategic planning, and manage financial indicators.
* Oversee OPEX, CAPEX, and budgeting processes.
* Lead ad-hoc projects and business case analyses.

Profile

A successful candidate should have:

* A solid background in finance or procurement.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
* Demonstrated leadership skills and team management experience.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
