Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join our team as an Authenticator. The role involves verifying the authenticity of goods, preparing detailed reports, and staying informed about market and fashion trends. This position requires a willingness to work in a warehouse office environment, adapt to travel and scheduling requirements, and complete a 6-month training program in Shanghai before transitioning to the Los Angeles warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Learn and master authentication knowledge and processes through training; successfully pass the authentication ability assessment.
2. Authenticate goods based on established knowledge and processes, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate results.
3. Prepare detailed authentication reports.
4. Stay updated on market and fashion trends, gaining a deep understanding of product features.
5. Regularly compile and report on metrics such as lead time, efficiency, and accuracy.
6. Support cross-functional teams with tasks such as purchasing sample products, conducting store visits, and managing sample warehouses.
7. Perform other tasks as assigned by direct supervisors.

Requirements:

1. Education & Language: College degree or higher; fluency in both Japanese and Chinese.
2. Work Style: Ability to work in a warehouse office environment, willingness to travel, adapt to scheduling requirements, and handle work-related stress.
3. Personal Traits: Self-driven, quick learner, analytical thinker, and eager to conduct research.
4. Professional Qualities: Integrity, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Training & Relocation:

• A 6-month training program will be held in Shanghai.
• All training-related expenses, including round-trip airfare, accommodation, and quarantine costs, will be reimbursed.
• Salary will be paid as usual during the training period.
• Upon completing the training, the role will be based in the Los Angeles warehouse.
