Job Description

Get ready for an unforgettable summer with Superfeet’s 2025 Internship Cohort! We’re excited to welcome six talented interns for a six-week program running from July 7th, 2025, to August 15th, 2025. During this time, you’ll dive into hands-on projects in either Product, Digital Product, Finance, Marketing, or Operations. This paid internship offers $20/hour for a total of 100 hours over the six weeks. Interns won’t just be clocking in and out, they’ll roll up their sleeves and gain real, practical experience in their departments while developing new skills and making connections that last a lifetime. You’ll also have access to mentorship opportunities to help you grow and learn from experienced professionals. What makes this program extra special is the “cohort” aspect. Every week, the six interns will gather to connect, share experiences, and build a sense of community. These meetings will also include chances to sit down with Superfeet leaders, hear their stories, ask questions, and get a closer look at their roles. It’s an opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable insights that can help shape your future career path. Who we’re looking for: To be eligible for this program, you must be 18 or older, a current student, and able to work within the United States. How to apply: Applications are open from April 25, 2025, through May 9, 2025. Check out the outline of each department's open intern position and apply to the one that excites you the most. To apply, submit your resume along with a personally written cover letter (we prefer not AI-written). Your cover letter is a great chance to help us get to know you. Share why you’re interested in this internship cohort, your future career plans, and anything else that inspires you! Applicants will hear back from us no later than June 9, 2025, with an update on the status of their application.
