DESCRIPTION

Have you ever ordered a product on Amazon and when that box with the smile arrived you wondered how it got to you so fast?
Have you wondered where it came from and how much it cost Amazon to deliver it to you?
If so, Amazon Logistics (AMZL), Last Mile team is for you. We manage the delivery of tens of millions of products every week to Amazon’s customers, achieving on-time delivery in a cost-effective manner to deliver a smile for our customers.

As part of Amazon's Last Mile Engineering Analytics organization, the Product Manager will work closely with business functions and engineers to design and develop solutions to improve last mile analytics that optimize customer experience.

The Product Manager will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution of data products, dashboards, and analytics solutions that enable business stakeholders to make informed, data-driven decisions. This role focuses on building scalable and reusable solutions that can adapt to worldwide requirements and evolving business needs. It involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management, and executive presentation skills are essential.

You'll ensure data tools and platforms maintain high standards of reliability while remaining intuitive and user-friendly. Building reusable capabilities that adapt to evolving business and regulatory needs will be a key focus.

Success in this role requires strong collaboration skills as you coordinate cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with senior leadership. Through strategic alignment and clear communication, you'll help foster a data-driven culture that enhances decision-making across the organization.
