The Role

• Work with sales, engineering, product, data science, and other stakeholders to manage
  the creation, development, and iteration of our products.
• Understand, anticipate, and reflect future client needs and challenges
• Drive the development of products that solve customer pain points and improve the
  business. Create scalable and scalable solutions while rapidly iterating and evolving
  products to meet customer needs
• Conduct product testing with customers and stakeholders
• Evolve the product development process with a focus on speed, quality, and results
  with the team
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience and identify and close product
  gaps to generate new ideas that drive market share, improve customer experience, and
  drive growth
• Develop product strategy into user stories, detailed requirements, Incorporate into
  prototypes
• As a product evangelist, foster awareness and understanding of products and functions

Your Skills

• Experience in mobile app development, implementation, development and management of product strategies and roadmaps, and track record of managing successful products throughout their lifecycle
• At least 4 years of product management experience, including experience developing, defining, managing, and executing new products in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with customer-facing products and a proven track record of delivering
  technology products/services in high-growth environments
• Japanese (Native Level), English (Business Level)
• Provide appropriate guidance, work review, and delegation of duties to employees who
  are more junior than you.

• 9,000,000 yen - 13,000,000 yen
