About the department
You will be part of the Ozempic Marketing Group. Our team is dedicated to driving the success of the Ozempic brand within the Semaglutide portfolio. We operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where collaboration and innovation are key. The job is based at our headquarters in Tokyo, where you will work alongside a diverse group of professionals committed to making a difference in patients’ lives.

 
The position
Your responsibilities will include:

• Align Ozempic's business approach with the overall Semaglutide portfolio strategy.
• Drive key priorities, address gaps, and execute brand strategy in coordination with leadership.
• Develop, approve, and implement promotional content and activities (e-details, webinars, seminars).
• Gather and analyze data to refine strategies and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Strengthen relationships with HCPs, agencies, and patient support providers.

Qualifications

• 3 years or more of experience in Brand Marketing/Product Marketing in a related industry. (Pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred)
• Promotional material creation (in Japanese) and Agency management experience required. 
• New Product Launch experience preferred.
• Japanese (Native level) 
• English (Preferred)
