Job Function: Product Support Specialist – Truck Mounted Equipment (Sales & Technical)
The Product Support Specialist would provide sales, marketing and technical support to an established customer base selling and servicing truck mounted equipment.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to), customer service, order entry, inventory management, creation and distribution of sales marketing materials, technical support / technical liaison between factory and customer.
The Product Support Specialist would report to the Senior Product Manager, working together to provide the best possible customer experience.

Working Conditions
Normal office conditions, semi-regular sales calls to the established customer base. Some warehouse conditions. During certain periods the incumbent may experience high volumes of customer inquiries and other responsibilities as listed above. Some overnight travel may be required.
