Job Description

Job Title: Program Delivery Manager

Begin date: April 22, 2025

End date: March 31, 2026

Intended to start April 22, 2025, and end March 31, 2026, with the possibility to shorten or extend the project duration. Full-time commitment is expected. Workdays are based on 7.5 hours per day and the standard hours of work are 8:30am – 5pm AST, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate(s) must be available to start work within 7 days upon award of contract.

Summary:

To work as part of a multidisciplinary team to lead the planning and delivery of digital-related deliverables and activities associated with initial phase of early education modernization project.

This would include, but is not limited to, supporting various projects and multi-disciplinary teams in a variety of ways including program level planning, risk and issue management, continuous improvement, scope management and communications.

Project Scope

The scope, but is not limited to:

  • Providing delivery manager expertise required to support the design and implementation
  • Providing expertise on agile development and iterative design principles, supporting the development process and making recommendations
  • Acting as the bridge between strategy and implementation by overseeing teams and coordinating and communicating across different partners to achieve successful digital outcomes
  • Responsible for project management activities including detailed planning, resource allocation, risk and timeline management and identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Supporting the delivery of minimal viable services ready for production
  • Communicating risks and issues to program sponsors and partners for appropriate escalation and resolution
