Job Description

As part of our expansion in Canada, we are looking for a Project Manager to join the team of one of our clients,

Location: Toronto

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Mode: Hybrid

Your Responsibilities

As a Project Manager , you will:

• Set strategic direction at an operational level and work independently in managing project units.
• Lead large-scale applications, programs, or projects spanning multiple product lines.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Oversee project governance , including proposal, execution, deployment, training, and warranty support.
• Identify and mitigate risks , escalating critical issues to leadership and steering committees when necessary.
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting , ensuring teams have the required support.
• Drive stakeholder communication , ensuring transparency on project status, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Influence senior leaders and partner with IT Managers to drive strategic initiatives.

Your Profile

7+ years of project management experience, preferably in financial services.

Strong risk assessment & mitigation expertise.

Experience managing large-scale projects with multiple dependencies.

Strong stakeholder management & leadership abilities.

Budget and resource planning expertise.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Analytical and solution-oriented mindset .

Strong collaboration and teamwork skills .

Autonomous with excellent priority management .
