Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You’ll be working closely with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to streamline communication, set clear objectives, and drive projects to successful completion. Your organizational and leadership skills will play a key role in keeping projects on track and fostering collaboration.

RESPONSBILITIES:

• Plan, manage, and execute marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Act as the main point of contact between internal teams, managing expectations and communication.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring resource allocation meets project requirements.
• Create detailed project timelines, schedules, and milestones, ensuring all deadlines are met.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks.
• Manage project budgets, tracking costs to ensure they stay within scope.
• Collaborate with creative, digital, and strategy teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
• Conduct post-project evaluations, capturing learnings to improve processes for future projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• University degree or college diploma in marketing, business, communications and/or advertising
• 5 years of project management experience in a marketing or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A team player with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
• PMP or CAPM certification.
