Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Project Manager to lead the implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP project management, stakeholder coordination, and business process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for optimization.
• Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration efforts.
• Ensure accurate data migration and validation processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to clients and senior management.
• Facilitate user training and post-implementation support.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 F&O project management.
• Proven experience leading ERP system implementations, preferably Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Strong understanding of finance and operations processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or similar project management certification (preferred).

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and related technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

This role is a 8-month contract which is hybrid role based in Toronto, requiring three days per week onsite. It offers an exciting opportunity to lead a high-impact Dynamics 365 F&O project within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
