As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with various Project Management team members across projects to oversee overall project performance and maintain direct client relations. Responsibilities Lead safety initiatives and foster a culture of safety. Support executive leadership with strategic planning and business initiatives. Manage multiple construction teams through preconstruction and construction phases. Develop strategic plans for new business opportunities and client relationships. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate new business. Oversee preconstruction, estimating, and proposal development processes. Lead contract negotiations and solutions development. Participate in community and industry organizations as a leader. Manage project performance, including financials, schedule, and client relations. Ensure staffing adequacy, employee development, recruitment, and retention. Qualifications Willingness to travel and relocate as needed. 15+ years in commercial and nuclear construction, including maintenance and outages at nuclear plants. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related experience. Experience as Project Manager, Design Manager, or similar leadership roles managing construction, engineering, estimating, and client relations. Knowledge of construction standards, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management. Strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software (MS Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Experience in staff management, project estimation, and business processes. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills. Other Requirements Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to meet deadlines and work productively. Effective communication and professionalism. Adherence to safety policies and instructions. Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and at various locations.
