Job Description

Our client is looking for a Project Manager Level 3 in New Brunswick, Canada

Work Mode: Hybrid (Combination of Remote and On-site in New Brunswick)

Project Duration: 12 months (with potential for 2 one-year extensions)

Start Date: March 10, 2025

Mandatory Requirements:

• 6+ years of demonstrated experience in project management of large-scale IT projects, with a specific focus on major implementations, replacements, or consolidation of Clinical Information Systems in Healthcare industry.
• 6 years : Demonstrated experience planning and overseeing major healthcare technology-related projects to ensure they are completed on time, on budget, and according to the agreed scope of delivery. Focus on work with health information systems, healthcare operations, technology, and/or software implementations.
• 6 years : Demonstrated expertise employing project management tools, methodologies, and best practices, including leading projects through the full lifecycle using adaptive (agile) and predictive (waterfall) modes.
• 6 years : Demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter and technical experts, and stakeholders at all levels.
• 6 years : Demonstrated experience leading large transformational projects (over 2 years in duration) requiring the consolidation of multiple applications and tools.
• 3 years : Demonstrated experience working within New Brunswick's technology or healthcare environments, showcasing a strong understanding of the local landscape, policies, and practices

Additional Information:

• The role requires a combination of remote and on-site work in New Brunswick.
• Occasional travel within the province is required, and expenses for pre-approved travel will be reimbursed.
• Remote contractors may need to visit the SNB office 1-3 times per year at their expense.
• SNB will provide necessary technology devices.
• Overtime or weekend work may be required, subject to prior approval.
• Health and safety compliance with SNB policies is mandatory.
