About Our Client This company is a leading specialty concrete contractor in the South Florida market with many excellent clients and a steady pipeline of residential/ high rise concrete/ structural projects. This company is looking to add a Project Manager to their actively growing team.
Job Description - Manage residential projects concurrently successfully through shell, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate them to all stakeholders.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other project team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor and track project progress, identify potential risks and delays, and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to promote collaboration and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and opportunities.

The Successful Applicant - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the shell/ concrete industry, with a focus on residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
