About the role At Tacton, we’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team and drive the successful implementation of our CPQ (Configure Price Quote) SaaS solution for our customers. You’ll be at the forefront of delivering business value to our clients, managing project teams across the globe, and ensuring a seamless, on-time delivery. Your leadership will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction, project success, and continuous improvement. What You'll Do: Lead the planning and execution of customer implementation projects, ensuring smooth delivery on time and within budget. Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders, managing communication at all levels, including with executive leadership. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing, ensuring projects stay on track financially. Mentor and coach project teams, applying best practices to drive customer value and operational efficiency. Identify and manage project risks, offering effective solutions to keep projects on track. Drive improvements in project performance by applying tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and cut overhead. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure high-quality documentation of contracts, invoices, and reports for easy access and organization. Requirements Experience: 6+ years in project management with at least 3 years of experience working within a SaaS environment. Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Certifications: Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMI, SCRUM, or similar) Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to guide teams and manage complex projects. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude. Experience with CPQ solutions or similar SaaS products is a plus. Languages: Fluency in English is required; German or Swedish is a plus.
