Job Description

• you will be responsible for leading a global team of engineers and other members of diverse professions to drive projects forward.
• Formulation of service and business requirements (including customer negotiations)
• Create overall WBS and manage progress
• Instructions for organizing work and creating basic/detailed designs
• You may also be asked to actually create design documents.
• Quality control during the implementation phase
• Release planning/execution
• Management experience of 5 or more people In addition to general project management duties such as task management,
• you will also be responsible for leading an internal team from the establishment of business requirements to delivery.
• We would also like to entrust you with pre-sales for new clients and customer support when forming a Vietnam team.

Project Manager Tokyo Job Qualification:

• Experience in any phase from requirements definition to detailed design
• Experience in system development projects as a sub-leader or higher
• Any type of system development is acceptable (open systems, embedded control systems, general-purpose systems, infrastructure systems are acceptable)
• Experience creating and managing WBS
• Code review experience (any language)
• Experience analyzing issues in existing projects and reconstructing processes
• Ability to manage a wide variety of projects, including waterfall and agile
• Experience in team building, communication processes, and development process design associated with launching new projects
